On a large and well kept parcel, which is completely fenced, lies Haus Ursula in a peaceful district of the informal Harzgerode. The cosy, 35 m large bungalow contains besides the large garden with garden furniture and barbeque opportunity also a covered balcony where you can enjoy the outdoor even at less nice but yet warm weather. On the ground floor there are the living- and bedrooms and the covered balcony and in the basement they find the bathroom and an area which is used by the landlord as a storage room, but is also at your childrens disposal to play indoor. Thanks to the quiet and closed from the road location and the nearness of the forest Haus Ursula offers your peace and privacy. Remarke: This house is less suitable for disabled people.
