The popular holiday resort Schalkenmehren lies 7 km. south-west of Daun. Zur Sonnenhöhe is a small scale holiday park in a forest rich environment at only 200 metres from the centre of Schalkenmehren with its lovely swimming lake. The houses are peacefully situated and offer a comfortable accommodation to the large family as well as the individual family. You occupy the ground floor and the 1st floor (DE-54552-23) or just the ground floor (DE-54552-25). The 95 m large 9-pers. house (DE-54552-23) has no less then four bedrooms and two bathrooms and therefore ideal equipped for a stay with two together travelling families or a holiday with grandfather and grandmother. The surroundings offer numerous possibilities for the nature lover. hiker or biker. The houses are furnished with good standard and all have access to a terrace with garden furniture and barbeque where you can nicely enjoy a bite to eat or a drink at the end of a long day in the nature.
