This apartment is located on the Moselle on its own vineyard. It is around 75 m2 and located on the 1st floor. It offers living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and central heating. The apartment has a location against the slope of its own vineyard and provides good view and atmosphere.On the terrace against the vineyard you can sit in the evenings and enjoy the view of the nearby flowing Moselle and its vineyards. Many cycling and walking routes start right in front of the door and lead you along the characteristic wine villages on the Moselle in this region, and offer you wide views of the Moselle valley. The village of Bruttig-Fankel is located 16 km to the east of Cochem. Cochem is famous for its medieval and charming town center with its extensive gastronomy and is absolutely worth a visit. You can find center in 500 m, restaurants and public transport in 300 m.
