All apartments offer a sea view. Each of the bright apartments is decorated in a modern style, and features a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Set on 1,000 m² of grounds, the property also has a new sauna building, which was completed in December 2013. The nearest supermarket is 2 km from Seute Deern. A selection of restaurants can be found within a 5-minute to 20-minute walk. Popular activities in the surrounding area include hiking, cycling and water sports. It is a 7-minute drive to the Marina and a 20-minute drive to Wieschendorf Golf Course. Wismar Train Station is 24 km away from the apartments, and the A20 motorway can be reached within 30-minutes by car. There is free public parking available at the accommodation.
