The holiday home is in the heart of the attractive Mecklenburg Lake District. The home is on the shores of Lake Plauer, the second largest lake in Germany. It nestles in spacious woodland grounds of 10,000 m2. It has TV and a jetty so you can enjoy the landlord's boat, for an extra payment. It has an outboard motor and there is no need for a sailing permit. You can enjoy fishing and exploring this wonderful lake. The home is suitable for 3 people, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room with single sofa bed and the kitchen is equipped with an oven. The grounds have a fireplace and a barbecue. The terrace enjoys views of the sunbathing area and the lake.
