The holiday house is a rustic, partly thatched farmhouse (under a preservation order). The rustic, historical semi-detached house "Itzendorfer Rott" was built in 1834, it is surrounded by meadows and fields. Located on the outskirts, 2.5 km from the center, in a quiet position, 50 m from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. It offers a nice view of the countryside and the North Sea dyke. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, the bedroom is accessible from the bathroom. The open large living/dining room includes a satellite-TV, video, radio and CD-player. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and an electric coffee machine, with dining table. There are facilities such as washing machine, children's highchair (extra) and central heating. There is a supermarket within 3.5 km, a restaurant at 500 m, bakers are at 2.5 km, a café is located at 100 m, a railway station "Norddeich Mole" is 3.5 km, a ferry at 3.5 km, the sandy beach is 2.5 km away, an outdoor swimming pool is at 2.5 km, the indoor swimming pool is 2.5 km away.
