This is a two bedrooms apartment of 50 m2, on the ground floor in a central position, 500 m from the sea, 850 m from the beach with a private small garden and terrace with furniture. The house has a satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. In the open kitchen you will find an oven, dishwasher, micro wave and electric coffee machine. As facilities there is a portable barbecue , a box-room and a children's highchair. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR (Visa or Mastercard) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Please note that the compulsory service charge is the final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 60 euros per person.
Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival if you wish to rent bedlinen and/or towels.
