This is a 3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 2 levels. It is located 300 m from the centre, 1.5 km from the sea. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with cable-TV, radio and DVD. It exits to the terrace. Its kitchenette is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and electric coffee machine. On the upper floor there are the bedrooms and a shower/WC. A washing machine, central heating and reserved parking is provided. Guests can enjoy the garden with terrace furniture and barbecue facilities. - A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
-Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for 75 EUR/stay or bring their own. Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival if you wish to rent bedlinen and/or towels.
