This property is in a 200 year old listed former farmhouse-converted holiday home located in the country side of Viechtach (Hinkhof). The house is approx. 180 m2 for sole occupancy and furnished with a Stube with wooden décor and its own sauna. The living room is equipped with TV (satellite) and a hearth (wood). The accommodation is suitable for 10 people, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with wood cookstove, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A roofed patio and a garden with garden furniture and BBQ and a play area with sandpit are also accessible. There is also a terrace with garden furniture, a sunbathing area and a volleyball field. The grounds have their own bubbling brook and are surrounded by dense woods. This holiday home is for families and groups who want to enjoy the countryside of the Bavarian forests.
