There is a children s playground about 200 m from the building.Alpine skiing via the Balsberg lift in the immediate vicinity. the Reit ski area in Winkl Winklmoos Steinplatte. Kampenwand and St. Johann/Kitzbühel. Nordic skiing in Unterwössen with track trailhead in the immediate vicinity. Schleching or Reit im Winkel (80 km of groomed tracks).
