This beautiful house is framed by high mountains in a very quiet yet central location only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The holiday homes with a lovely view of our Chiemgau Mountains are furnished in charming country house style. Every flat has a lovely balcony or a terrace. There is a children s playground about 200 m from the building.Alpine skiing via the Balsberg lift in the immediate vicinity. the Reit ski area in Winkl Winklmoos Steinplatte. Kampenwand and St. Johann/Kitzbühel. Nordic skiing in Unterwössen with track trailhead in the immediate vicinity. Schleching or Reit im Winkel (80 km of groomed tracks).
