There are nearly 25.000 square metres for leisure and forest area.A lift will take you to the penultimate and 6th floor. where you have a wonderful idyllic panorama over the Bayerischer Wald National Park. The apartment has two balconies with sun all day long. There is a heated swimming pool in the building (free). as well as a sauna and solarium. You also have a roof terrace. Experience the dreamlike view over the Bavarian forest toward the Bavarian Alps.Numerous cycling and walking paths lead through the region. which will leave nothing wanting with regard to sport and leisure options: A high ropes course. adventure baths. leisure parks and museums are in the immediate vicinity. Other popular excursion destinations: Passau. Linz or Prague.
