This is a 4-room house 83 m2 on 2 levels. It is located outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Siegsdorf. It is part of an extensive holiday complex comprises 300 wooden houses with a football and basketball court, a small ski lift, ski practice slopes, ski-, cross country- and snowboarding schools. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with satellite-TV. It exits to the balcony. Its kitchenette is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and electric coffee machine. Electric heating, lawn, balcony furniture, washing machine and sloping ceiling are provided. Access to the upper floor is via a staircase. For shared use there is a tennis, with extra charge. In the complex there is a reception and central parking spaces. Shop, supermarket, restaurant and café are in 5 km, railway station "Siegsdorf" 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Ski lift 2.5 km. Please note that a car is essential.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that is case guests want an initial supply of bed linen and towels there is the extra cost of 8EUR per person for bed linen and 2.30 EUR per person for towels.
- Please note that guests need to pay extra the power costs for 0.25 EUR/kwh and the water consumption for 3.50 EUR/m3.
