This 3-room house is 100 m2 in size and divided on 2 levels,located on the ground floor. This property is located on the outskirts of the village Sankt Englmar. On the ground floor you may find a living room with a Swedish stove and a double bed room as well as the fully functional kitchen with a small dining table. On the upper floor you have a double room and a shower / WC. Both floors give you access to balcony/terrace that is furnished. The distance to the center of town is 500 meters and in this area you have shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bakers. The private grounds are 2400 m2 in a meadow with a natural pond that you can swim in. Ski lift and cross country paths are within 50 - 500 m of the property.
