Set in an idyllic location 5 km from the town of Bärnau, Der Birkholmhof offers comfortable accommodation at a renovated farm in the Bavarian countryside. It has a natural outdoor swimming pool. The apartments are designed in homelike style with 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is also flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony. The surrounding countryside is ideal for skiing and cycling, and bikes can be rented from the apartments. There is a playground and fitness centre, along with a wellness area which includes a sauna and offers massages. Within a 10-minute drive of the apartments there are several restaurants which specialise in German and Italian cuisine. Der Birkholmhof is a 20-minute drive from the A93 motorway, and it is 8 km to the border with the Czech Republic. Free private parking is available on site at the apartments.
