There are wonderful mountains up to 1500 metres high. small valleys with numerous waterfalls and splendid walking routes. You can enjoy excellent winter sports on the Feldberg Mountain 6 km away. There are more than 50 kilometres of downhill ski-runs and many superb prepared cross-country ski-tracks.
