Approximately 30 km east of Freiburg you will find the highest city in Baden-Würtemberg. at 1000 metres in elevation. Furtwangen is surrounded by steep hills and dense forests in the Breg Valley in the midst of the Black Forest. Here you will inhabit the bottom floor of an annex behind the owners house. The cosy residence (35m) has its own terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Thanks to the central location. Furtwangen is a good starting point for various day trips to other places including Baden-Baden. The Titisee or Freiburg. but the beautiful footpaths through the dense forests are also recommended. Details:You reach the residence by descending an exterior staircase. You can use the regional public transport for free for the cost of the tourist tax.
