Two-family house is situated on a slope in Titisee-Neustadt, 1 km from the centre of Neustadt and 12 km from the ski-run. The house offers parking space, a store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating and a washing machine (for shared use). Living/dining room, with exit to the balcony, includes a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a stereo unit. The kitchen with dining table is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. From the patio you can enjoy panoramic view of the mountains. One-bedroom apartment, located on the upper floor, can accommodate up to two persons and offers an iron and children's highchair. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a shower and toilet. In 1.5 km you can find a bus stop, railway station Neustadt-Schwarzwald, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis club and a ski school. In 5 km a 9-hole golf course and in 4 km a toboggan-run. Walking path and forest are just above the house.
