A mandatory security deposit of USD 49 is required upon arrival and will not be refunded. It will cover for any unintentional damages made to the property up to a USD 500 value.

Check-in and check-out takes place at The Bric Hotel, located on Calle 28, between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue from 08:00 to 20:00. If guests arrive between these hours they will receive the keys, and check-in materials. If guests arrive after 20:00 hours, security personnel will be waiting for them with an envelope with the guest's name, a map, the keys and a mobile phone with its charger. The property will be expecting the guest's call to confirm their arrival. Staff from Bric will then meet you or schedule a meeting for the next day to welcome you and review details of your accommodation. Please inform Magia Playa by BRIC in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 49 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
