The City Council of Penang charges a Local Council Tax of MYR 2 per room per night payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.
Please note that:
- Guest must inform number of children staying in the room before arrival. Failure to do so will result in the hotel's management having the right to impose charges.
- All children above 3 years old are considered as 1 guest and extra bed is applicable in the case
- Parents should be ensure that their children do not run along the corridor to disturbing other guests
- All guests should avoid talking loud along the corridor to avoid disturbing other guests
Cleaning of room and changing of towels is upon request. Please inform The Campbell Times in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
