For group bookings made for more than 10 guests, please note that additional costs are applicable, as stated below:
- Children aged 0 - 1 years old stay for free
- Older children or adults - RM 15 per guest per night, on existing bedding
- Older children or adults - RM 30 per guest per night, with pillow, blanket and towel*

All charges above are to be paid on the day of check-in.

Please note that loud activities, activities after 00:00 and pets are strictly not allowed.

Should guests be evicted by building management, a refund cannot be honoured as guests are expected to observe the building rules and policies.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Guests can smoke in the balcony.

For guests who wish to use the barbecue facilities, there is a designated area that is subject to availability and booking fees to the building management. Please inform Felice Homestay @ Super Condo Penang in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
