Guest are required to pay deposit upon check-in and it will be refundable within 2 - 5 working days once it has been confirmed that nothing was damaged, missing and rubbish disposed off properly.

A maximum of 2 cars are allowed per booking. 1 can can be parked at the indoor car park and the other at visitor parking. Customer need to provide their car model, colour and registration number (under Special Requests during booking) at least a day before their arrival date.
