The Happy 8 is a 15-minute drive from both the Kek Lok Tong (Temple in Cave) and Sam Poh Tong Chinese Buddhist Cave Temple. It takes 1-hour by car to reach Gua Tempurung. Yoga class arrangements have to be made in advance. Bicycles are available for rent while dry cleaning and laundry services are provided at an extra cost. A 10-minute drive from The Happy 8 is Lou Wong Bean Sprouts Chicken Restaurant and Big Tree Foot Roadside Hawker.
