Ķoņu dzirnavas offers accommodation in a 200-years old mill, located on the bank of Rūja River. Bed linen is made of home produced wool and there is a bathhouse and sauna on site. The Konu features colourful interiors and offers extensive sport possibilities. Guests can rent a boat or ski equipment, play basketball or try horse riding. Massage services are also on offer. There are picnic areas and a private beach. The property serves regional meals, including home-made bread. Packed lunches are available. Ķoņu dzirnavas is situated in a beautiful, green area. It is the only place in Latvia with an operating mill with 150-years old equipment. Rūjiena is 6.3 km away.
