The properties office is open between 9:00 and 17:00 weekdays and 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.
If you arrive outside of office hours, please announce your arrival at the security office in the lobby of the Empire Building, 85 Beach Road (opposite Muizenberg Main Beach). Please inform the security guard that you are booked in with Whale Watchers and he will call the resident after hours representative, to check you in.
After hours check-ins are free, however a ZAR 180 surcharge applies to check-ins between 20:00 and midnight. No check-ins are possible after midnight. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Unit S005, Melrose Road, Muizenberg, 7945 Cape Town. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Whale Watchers Luxury Self-catering Accommodation @ Muizenberg Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Informace o cestě
From Cape Town International Airport:
- Take the N2 highway following the signs towards Cape Town for about 10 - 12 minutes. Along the way you will pass some cooling towers on your right.
- As you approach the base of Table Mountain the highway splits in two.
- Keep left, turning onto the Muizenberg M3 highway.
- Continue on this highway through the suburb of Bishop's Court, passing the turn-offs to Wynberg and Constantia.
- About 20 - 25 minutes after having left the airport (out of rush hour traffic) you get to the end of the M3 Muizenberg highway in the form of a T-junction.
- Turn left here and then right at the next T-junction.
- Follow the road passing through Westlake where you will pass through one set of traffic lights.
- Shortly after these lights, about 2 - 3 kilometres turn left at the next traffic lights in Muizenberg.
- Go under the railway bridge and then about 200 metres further turn first right into Beach Road.
- Drive for 100 metres and turn right at the traffic circle.
- After another 200 metres you will see the main entrance and foyer to the Empire building.
- This is the main entrance to the Muizenberg Beach complex in which your apartment is located.
