Please note that all guests will receive an additional booking form directly from the property. Please read and sign the form, and return it to the property within 24 hours. The form includes very important house rules and check in procedures, it is important that guests acknowledge it. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 205 Seacliffe, 10 Seacliffe Road, Bantry Bay, 8005 Cape Town. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform 205 Seacliffe - T008 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Red Cherry Accommodation will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of ZAR 10000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
