Located in the Midrand suburb of Johannesburg, Crowthorne Lodgeis just 25 km from the Cradle of Mankind. The gardens include an outdoor pool and a games pavilion, with a pool table, darts and ping-pong. Each of the spacious, air-conditioned rooms is simply decorated and contains a private bathroom. Extra privacy is ensured with a separate entrance and a private parking space directly in front of the room. All have a balcony. A fresh breakfast comprised of a variety of hot and cold dishes is served daily in the dining pavilion under a thatched roof. Packed lunches and dinner is also provided upon request. Guests can visit Johannesburg’s casinos within 30 km of the Crowthorne Lodge. The Elephant Sanctuary is 30 km away and the Lion Park is only 15 km from the lodge. An airport shuttle to OR Tambo or Lanseria Airport is available upon request, they are 30 km away. Free parking is also provided.

FROM THE N1 HIGHWAY, NEW ROAD:
- From the N1 highway take the New Road off-ramp and turn towards Kyalami;
- Drive straight onwards past 3 sets of traffic lights;
- Take the second road to the right (Surrey Road “Dirt Road”)
- Drive approximately 2 km look for the flags on the right of the Crowthorne Lodge.
FROM KYALAMI RACE TRACK, MAIN GATE:
- Drive north on Pitts avenue;
- At the 3rd traffic light turn right into Arthur Avenue;
- Take the first road left, Mercury Drive;
- Turn right after the first stop onto Jupiter road, the lodge will be on your left.
