Featuring a public hot-spring bath with a view of Mount Fuji, free Wi-Fi throughout and Japanese cuisine, Ryokan Shirafuji is right across the street from Lake Kawaguchi. Rooms have views of either Mount Fuji or Lake Kawaguchi. Rooms at Shirafuji Ryokan are air-conditioned and offer traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Furnishings include a TV and a low table with floor cushions. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. The inn is a 6-minute drive to Kawaguchiko Art Museum and Ukai Kawaguchiko Music Box Forest Museum. Fuji-Q Highland amusement park is a 15-minute drive, and Kawaguchiko Train Station is an 8-minute drive away. Parking is free. Meals are served at the dining room. Dinner must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.
