Overlooking Setonai Sea and located on Maejima Island, Ofukuro no Ie features simple Japanese-style accommodations with a flat-screen TV. A free shuttle is available from Maejima Ferry Terminal, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with an electric kettle with green tea bags and Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Guests cannot lock their rooms. Luggage storage and a safety deposit box are available at the front desk. Free parking is available on-site. Japanese dishes featuring local fresh seafood are served for breakfast and dinner. All meals are served at the dining room, where guests can watch TV as well. Ofukuro no Ie Inn is a 20-minute drive from Maejima Observatory and a 5-minute walk from Komori Shrine. Ushimado Port is only a 5-minute ferry ride away from Maejima Ferry Terminal.
