A 5-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, Kurumaya offers simple Japanese-style rooms with traditional futon beds, an LCD TV and shared bathrooms. Ski equipment hire and ski storage are available. Rooms at Hakuba Kurumaya have tatami (woven-straw) floors and include an electric kettle with green tea. All have an en suite toilet. Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort, Hakuba Ski Jump Stadium and JR Hakuba Train Station are all about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has free on-site parking. Free shuttles stop nearby and run to all of the area’s ski resorts. In warm weather, guests can explore the area with a free-use bicycle or enjoy the barbecue facilities. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Breakfast and dinner are served at the dining room. Mostly Japanese dishes are offered, but Western-style meals are available upon request. Evening shuttle buses offer access to a supermarket and additional dining options.
