Just across the street from Lake Suwa, Hotel Saginoyu offers hot-spring baths, traditional multi-course dinners and a tea lounge. About a 10-minute walk from JR Kamisuwa train station, the hotel is only 100 metres from the Suwa City Museum. Takashima Castle is a 5-minute drive and Suwa Shrine is a 20-minute drive. On-site parking is free. You can further relax with a massage after a hot-spring soak, or check out the gallery or shop. The hotel has both indoor and open-air hot-spring baths, as well as a foot bath. Japanese cuisine is served at the dining room for breakfast and dinner, and the hotel has a snack bar.
