Only a 1-minute walk from Kakeyu Onsen Kami Bus Stop, Shikinoya Ryokan offers indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and a small art gallery, which is open between 09:00 to 17:00. Guests can enjoy coffee and tea at Gosenshi lounge and refresh with an in-room massage. The rooms come with a TV, a fridge and a private toilet. Guests can wear Japanese yukata robes and sleep in Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors. Bathrooms are shared. Rooms come with mountain or traditional garden views. Local gifts can be bought at the souvenir shop and drink vending machines are on-site. Mini concerts are held at the art gallery on some nights. Traditional multi-course meals featuring local vegetables are served for dinner and a set-menu for breakfast. All meals are served at the dining room. Ryokan Shikanoya is a 5-minute walk from Godai Bridge and Monjudo Temple. JR Matsumoto Train Station is a 40-minute drive and Matsumoto Airport is a 1-hour drive away.
