Western-style rooms have a private toilet, while Japanese rooms have shared toilets. Guests in Japanese-style rooms sleep in futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor, and all guests bathe at the shared hot-spring baths. A set-menu breakfast and dinner are available for an extra fee, and must be ordered at time of booking. As there are few restaurants in the area, dining at the inn is recommended. Tachikawa Kurobe Alpen Route is a 50-minute drive away, and the inn is about a 2-hour drive from Norikura Kogen Ski Resort.
