On-site parking is free. A seasonal indoor pool is on site, as are a tennis court and a games room. Guests can unwind with a massage or check out the gift shop. Japanese cuisine and sake are on offer at Ajinoren and Shouhakutei, while Touri features a Chinese menu.

To use the hotel's free shuttle between JR Sendai Train Station and hotel, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance, by 16:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please keep in mind that the shuttle service has limited availability - guests are asked to make use of public transportation in case the shuttle is fully booked.
*The shuttle stops at stop 33, in front of JR Sendai Train Station Sakurano Department Store.
