A 15-minute drive from the JR Kyoto Train Station, Yasumoto Ryokan features Japanese-style rooms in a traditional Machiya building. Guests can relax in the Japanese garden which includes a stone pond with goldfish. The air-conditioned rooms feature a garden view with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and Japanese futon bedding. A TV, a green tea set, and a Japanese Yukata robe are available in each. Bathroom and toilets are shared. Yasumoto Ryokan is a 25-minute walk from the Nijo Castle, and a 20-minute walk from the Kyoto Imperial Palace. The Kiyomizu Temple is a 10-minute drive away. No meals are served. The hotel has a curfew at 23:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time. Also please note that guests are required to pay the full fee at check-in.
