Situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Kyoto, Setsugekka is a traditional Japanese townhouse that offers the peace and privacy you are looking for. Yasaka Jinja Bus Stop, located a mere 3-minute walk away, will connect you to the rest of Kyoto.

This longstanding wooden house provides a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, kitchenware and a rice cooker, so you can prepare your own meals.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and futon mats. The private bathroom with a bath and shower is located just outside the front door. If you need some alone time, you can always climb up to the attic with a cup of tea and a book or a tablet.

A fusion of modern and traditional furnishings and décor will allow you to experience a traditional Japanese lifestyle, but with all the modern-day amenities, such as air conditioning and WiFi access.

If you feel like staying in the neighbourhood, you can visit Yasaka Shrine and Chionin Temple located within a 5-minute walk from the house. Otherwise, you can explore the bustling Shijo Kawaramachi shopping area. A supermarket and convenience store can be found within a 4-minute walk from Guesthouse Setsugekka.

Důležité informace

A deposit via Paypal or bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact the guests via email after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via Paypal within 7 days. In case of refund, the payment will also be refunded via PayPal.

Upon receiving the payment, the property will email the security code for the apartment's lock. Guests should go directly to the property and use the security code to open the locker and enter.

Please be informed that there are no staff on site.
