Moto-Hakone Guest House offers bright Japanese-style rooms, free Wi-Fi and free-use yukata robes, only a 10-minute walk from Lake Ashinoko with a great view of Mount Fuji. Rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor, a low table with seating cushions and an LCD TV. Guests sleep in traditional futon bedding on the floor. No meals are served, but guests are allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. The Moto-Hakone Guest House is a 15-minute bus ride from the Yunessun hot spring spa resort. By public bus it takes 40 minutes to Hakone-Yumoto Train Station, and 55 minutes to JR Odawara Station.
