Hakuunkaku has a 24-hour hot-spring bath with sauna and serves Japanese cuisine featuring fresh local ingredients. Rooms are Japanese-style, with traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. It is a 25-minute drive from JR Kaga Onsen Train Station. Softly lit and decorated in the style of old Japan, each room is air-conditioned and comes with a TV and a mini-fridge. Toilets are shared, and guests bathe at the shared-use hot-spring bath. Nata-dera Temple is a 20-minute drive away and Tojinbo is a 50-minute drive. On-site parking is free. A set-menu breakfast is served at the dining room. Dinner can also be reserved for an extra fee, but must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.
