Yukara is just a 1-minut ewalk from the Kurodake-no-Yu Hot Spring, and it's within a 100 metres from the Sounkyo Visitor Centre. Sounkyo Bus Terminal is a 3-minute walk away. Cosy rooms feature sheer curtains and curtains on the windows, a TV and heating. Japanese-style rooms have a tatami (woven straw) floor and traditional futon bedding, while Western rooms come with beds. Shared bathrooms are for private use, and offer free toiletries. A Western breakfast is served daily at the dining room, which offers a relaxed atmosphere with wooden furniture in neutral shades, and colourful art on the walls. Drinks are available at vending machines.
