All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a fridge and an en suite bathroom. Japanese Yukata robes and slippers are provided for all guests. Kanko Hotel Abashiri is a 5-minute drive from Abashiri Prison Museum and a 15-minute drive from Hokkaido Museum of Northern Peoples. Memambetsu Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Local gifts can be purchased at the souvenir shop and you can sing your favourite tunes at the karaoke rooms. A coin-launderette is on-site and luggage storage is provided at the front desk. Traditional multi-course dinners are served at the private dining rooms with a personal Nakai-san attendant service. A Japanese set-menu is offered for breakfast and Ramen noodles are available at Kita no Daichi.
