Before checking-in, please advise your arrival time, as staff will be waiting with the keys to the apartment. Payment must be made at the time of check-in. Guests arriving by car, should park before walking to the hotel. Guests arriving on foot will be introduced to the hotel, and given their apartment key.

Guests are not allowed to take items from the hotel. If guests break anything, they will be responsible for reparation.
