Located in the Shima hot-spring area, Nakazawa Ryokan offers Japanese-style accommodations with a flat-screen TV. Guests can refresh in the indoor public hot-spring baths and enjoy traditional multi-course meals. JR Nakanojo Train Station is a 40-minute public bus ride away. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a fridge, an electric kettle and a safety deposit box. Includes a private toilet but bathrooms are shared. Guests can request massages for an extra cost and enjoy shopping for local products at the souvenir shop. A traditional garden is on-site and luggage storage is provided at the front desk. Traditional multi-course meals featuring local seasonal ingredients are served for dinner and a Japanese set-menu for breakfast. All meals are served at the dining room or at the guests’ rooms. Ryokan Nakazawa is a 15-minute drive from Fudo Falls and a 10-minute drive from Shimakawa Dam.
