This rural residence is in a sunny spot about 2 km from Lake Garda and the centre of town. There are 5 beautiful apartments in 2 buildings. There is a shared swimming pool set up in the spacious garden. There is a partial view of the lake from the residence.From April to October there is a free shuttle bus to Garda. The area has much natural beauty with many options for walking or mountain biking. The town of Garda has a very charming atmosphere with picturesque streets. lanes. many lovely shops and gravel beaches. Garda is also a perfect base for many excursions to Bardolino. Peschiera del Garda. Lazise and Sirmione.For expected arrivals after 18:00. the homeowner should be notified before 18:00.

-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate from October - April (cost: 25 EUR/night).
