This two bedrooms apartment is on the ground floor, fully renovated in 2013, with modern furnishings in Apartment block Cà della Giudecca, built in 1900 in the district La Giudecca, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the canal. In the apartment there is a flat screen TV, radio, CD-player and stereo unit. In the kitchenette there are 4 hotplates, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, kitchen island with dining table, there is also a washing machine. In the area there are shops, grocers 50 m, supermarkets, restaurants 150 m, ferry "Vaporetto stop Palanca" 150 m. Childrens play area 150 m.
