This family house was renovated in 2009 and is surrounded by trees. The house is located 20 km from the centre of Assisi, 45 km from the centre of Perugia and 70 km from the centre of Todi. It is situated in the countryside. In the house you will find facilities like a flat screen TV with satellite channels, solar energy heating and free internet/LAN connection. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace of 30 m2 with terrace furniture and panoramic view of the valley. Please note that there is a private entrance. In the house there is a washing machine for shared use and there are bicycles available. Parking space is available in the grounds. For shared use there is grounds of 50'000 m2 (fenced), a park with lawn and plants, meadow and an outdoor swimming pool of 15 x 7 m, opened from 15-05 to 30-09. Pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00. There is an outside shower, barbecue and you have the possibility to play table tennis. Within 2 km you can find several shops, restaurants, a supermarket, an indoor swimming pool, a bus stop and the railway station. Grocers is in 1.2 km and riding stables are 7 km away from the accommodation. Please note that baby equipment is available on request.
