The villa is surrounded by its own olive grove and there is a lovely view of the Monti Sabini. This villa is very suitable for a family or group of friends. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa. and in the small cottage next door there is one bedroom with bathroom.The villa is very easily accessible and is located in a quiet and rural environment. which guarantees your privacy. Numerous picturesque medieval villages and towns are located mostly on the hilltops in the direct vicinity. You can do your daily shop in nearby Poggio Mirteto. You can be in the centre of Rome in one hour in the car.
