This holiday home is a typical house from the 70 s and is located near Passignano sul Trasimeno. The house is located adjacent to an industrial area. but also has a lovely view of the hills around Lake Trasimeno. It is a good base for excursions to the lake and all of the Umbrian art cities. The centre of Passigano sul Trasimeno is located 1 km from the house and the motorway is also 1 km away. The furnishings are simple and functional. There is a private swimming pool at the house. wonderful for a refreshing dip in the summer.
