Semi-detached Villa Olindia is situated in Magione, 300 m from the lake and offers a private swimming pool. The two-bedroom house of 100 m2 can accommodate up to six persons and offers free Wireless Internet access. The house is bright and has tasteful furnishings. The living room, with exit to the garden, has a double sofa bed, kitchen corner and satellite-TV. One bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. On the upper floor (outdoor steps) you have the dining room with a sofa bed, dining table and satellite-TV. This area has exit to the loggia. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has again a shower, bidet and toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. From the partly covered terrace, small patio, you can enjoy view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, burglar alarm and air conditioning. There is a shower/toilet in the pool area, pergola with garden furniture and a barbecue house. Grocers in 1.5 km, supermarket in 3 km, restaurants in 200 m, pebble beach in 300 m, lake Trasimeno in 300 m. Nearby attractions: Passignano sul Trasimeno 15 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 35 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
