Villa Oleander is a part of an organic farm with about 12 hectares of property including vineyards. olive groves and grain fields. and there is a forests with typical vegetation for this area. The villa is located in Città della Pieve in green Umbria. but borders the province of Siena with its lovely rolling hills. Villa Oleander is a perfectly restored house divided into four units. On the ground floor there is a 127 m2 apartment with a terrace and a small independent 57 m2 apartment. On the first floor there is a large 165m2 apartment with a loggia of 62 m2 furnished with benches and a table for 14 persons. On the second floor there is a 112 m2 apartment. The guests have a large lawn available and a terraced garden with a panoramic swimming pool.
