Agriturismo Poggio della Volara has a quiet setting in rural Umbria, between Montecchio and Lake Corbara. This working farm has farm animals, vegetable gardens, vineyards and olive trees. The Agriturismo produces its own wine, olive oil and jam that can be tasted and purchased on site. It is composed of 2 buildings 30 metres apart from each other. The reception and restaurant are in the first building but the majority of rooms and apartments are in the second. Poggio della Volara has a rustic design throughout with wood-beamed ceilings, stone walls and terracotta floors. You have a choice of rooms and apartments, all of which are air conditioned and feature a TV and private bathroom. The apartments also include a kitchenette. A sweet and savoury breakfast is available and is served in the restaurant. Here you can enjoy local produce and Italian cuisine at dinner. You can relax out in the garden where you will find parasols, sun loungers and a gazebo. The swimming pool is open from mid May until the end of September. Indoors, there is also a cosy fireplace and seating area at reception. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and free parking is provided. Buses for Orvieto and Terni stop 600 metres away.
