Poggio Paradiso is a farmhouse estate in the hills near the village of Scritto. It is described as a little paradise . The apartments (IT-06020-01. IT-06020-02. IT06020-04. IT-06020-05) at this farmhouse complex are at the end of a sandy cul-de-sac. Each apartment has its own terrace and landscaped garden with a wide variety of flowers and plants. There is a splendid view of the sloping hills of Umbria. There is a swimming pool for guests in the grounds. The apartments are very attractive and well furnished.

-pets are allowed (max. 1) for an additional cost of 50 EUR per stay and will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property (cost: 6 EUR per person/Stay).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 3.30 EUR/m3).
-cot available for 4.50 EUR per night.
